Hong Sik Kim Memorial Tournament Registration

Fill out the form below to pre-register for the Hong Sik Kim Memorial Tournament in Renton, Washington. The tournament will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at the Renton Community Center located at 1715 Maple Valley Highway, Renton, WA 98055. Upon completing and submitting this form you will receive an email confirmation that your entry has been received and processed. If you do not receive the confirmation email within two business days or would like to cancel your registration, please send an email to kimstkd@att.net or call us at (425) 254-3526.

This tournament will include Forms (Hyungs), Sparring, Breaking, and Team Competitions. Plaques will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. Check-in and at the door registration will begin at 10:30am. The tournament will begin at 11:30am, and we anticipate finishing around 6:30pm.

Registration fee is $55 if you Pre-Register before or on August 23rd.  This fee can be paid anytime between now and the date of the tournament. By filling out the form below you are committing to attend and compete in the tournament but you are not required to pay the registration fee at this time. You must cancel your registration at least 48 hours prior to the tournament start time to not be responsible for the registration fee.

Registration fee is $70 after August 23rd (or at the door on the day of the tournament). The suggested spectator admission fee is $5 and admission for children 10 & under is free.

By submitting this form, I do hereby voluntarily submit my application for participation in the Friendship Tournament sponsored by Kim's United Taekwon-Karate Center. I agree to waive all claims against any persons connected with this tournament for any injuries that I may sustain and assume full responsibility for all my actions in connection with said tournament.

Please note that the Men’s and Women’s designation is in no way intended as a comment on or expression of anyone’s personal gender identity. These are simply competition category designations for the Open and Senior divisions (competition categories are mixed for Juniors and below)

I fully understand that any medical treatment given to me will be First Aid treatment. I further agree that any pictures taken of or by me in connection with this tournament can be used by the tournament director for publicity or promotion without compensation at this time or any other time.
